Abstract

Current changes in education require a new concept of training teachers, under the virtue of training professionals. Vocation, talent, skills, must be discovered, exploited and developed over years of study in faculty, it forms the basis of technological and pedagogical mastery. Thus, we can say that schooling methods are systematic ways of working that allow teachers to complete the schooling activity. For the teacher, such teaching methods serve to the management and conduction of systematic actions through which students will achieve educational objectives (didactical methodology/ pedagogical methodology).For this purpose, in this study we take into consideration, the analysis / explanation of teaching – learning active and interactive learning methods which are modern. The motivational factor which stood behind the choice of this theme is that of discovering appropriate and motivational methods to suit all situations encountered as a teacher. Also, we submitted to the idea of teaching practice which is relevant to process of choosing this topic.
